Testimonials

Alison picked us up on time and was very welcoming. We visited the salt mine and her knowledge of the workings was outstanding. We received samples. We then went to the olive farm and Donna and Joe again welcomed us and told us their story. After tasting the local wines at a couple of local places, we went back to Donna's fantastic cooking for lunch. The best gnocchi I have ever eaten. Alison took us around 'her' town on the way home. Highly recommend.
